This Privacy Policy explains how Two-Dot Vision LLC ("Two-Dot Vision," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit twodotvision.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.
Information we collect
We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Site and respond to you.
- Information you provide. If you submit a contact form on the Site, we collect the email address you enter so we can reply to your inquiry. If you include any other details in your message, we receive those as well. You are not required to provide anything beyond an email address to reach us.
- Analytics and usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the Site. It collects standard analytics data such as pages viewed, time on page, referring source, general device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address (not a precise location). This is gathered using cookies and similar technologies.
- Technical and server data. Our hosting and network providers automatically log standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, as part of serving and securing the Site.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to respond to inquiries and communicate with you, to understand and improve how the Site performs, and to keep the Site secure and reliable. That is the full extent of it. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to read the Site or contact us.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing by others. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the Site, and only as needed for them to provide their service:
- Web3Forms, which processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox.
- Google Analytics, which provides Site usage measurement.
- Our website hosting and DNS providers, which serve and secure the Site.
We may also disclose information if required by law or where necessary to protect our legal rights.
Data retention
We keep contact inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records, and analytics data according to the retention settings of our analytics provider. We do not keep personal information longer than we reasonably need it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided by emailing chaz@twodotvision.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA and CPRA, including rights to access or delete your information and to opt out of the sale of personal information. To be clear, we do not sell personal information. We will honor valid requests as required by applicable law.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
